for my 2nd idea, i wanted to make the advertising sign at the very front of the webpage with that being the navigation bar. it would keep changing from what the contact would be and if you click on it all the options would pop open. cars would be in the background and the sky will be turning from day to night with the buildings as well and bridge in the background
